Citibank's Free Movie Ticket Promo

    
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
1. The Free Movie Pass Promotion (referred to as "promo"), will run from July 24, 2009 to December 31, 2009. --- EXTENDED!
2. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (referred to as "Cardholder"), are active and in good credit standing.
3. The Cardholder must use his/her Citi card within the promo period to qualify, whether for a straight retail transaction or PayLite Installment Plan transaction in the Philippines.
4. The Cardholder is entitled to redeem any of the following:

• For a minimum single receipt purchase of P1,500 >> Get 1 Free Movie Pass
• For a minimum single receipt purchase of P7,000  >> Get 2 Free Movie Passes (Popcorn & Softdrinks for 2)
• For a minimum single receipt PayLite purchase of P20,000 >> Get 3 Free Movie Passes (Popcorn & Softdrinks for 3)
• For every new approved account enrolled into Citi One Bill >>Get 2 Free Movie Passes (Popcorn & Softdrinks for 2)

5. The Citi One Bill enrollment must be active for a period of 6 months from date of approval. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the freebie should the Citi One Bill enrollment be cancelled prior to the 6-month lock-out period.
6. A Confirmation Letter will be sent stating that the account/s has been successfully enrolled under Citi One Bill.
7. To redeem the Free Movie Pass, the Cardholder must present his/her Citi Card and submit the valid original bank charge slip (Customer's copy) or the valid original One Bill Confirmation Letter/s at any ticketing booth at the following participating cinemas nationwide:

8. Upon redemption, the Citi Card will be validated against the charge slip/s or the original One Bill Confirmation Letter/s presented. The credit card details in the charge slip/s or original One Bill Confirmation Letter/s must match with the Citi Card presented. In addition, the Citibank credit card will be swiped in the Citibank Free Movie Pass POS terminal at the following cinemas: Ayala Cinemas, Eastwood Cinemas, Robinsons Movieworld and Shang Cineplex.
9. To redeem the Free Popcorn & Softdrinks, the Cardholder will be given a Citi coupon/charge slip upon redemption of the Free Movie Pass. The Cardholder must give the Citi coupon/charge slip at the Tater's Snack Bar for Ayala Cinemas and select Robinsons Movieworld outlets or at the specified Snack Bars for all other cinemas.
10. Only straight retail transactions or PayLite Installment Plan transactions with charge slips will be valid for redemption. Foreign currency transactions, straight retail transactions through manual approval (i.e. without a bank charge slip), auto-charged transactions (e.g. auto-debit facilities for utilities, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online, internet-based purchases and cash advance transactions are excluded in the Promo. Citibank will not honor redemptions using official receipts or the Citi Statement Of Account.
11. The Cardholder may designate an authorized representative to claim the tickets on his/her behalf. However, the authorized representative must be able to present the Cardholder's Citi Card together with the valid original bank charge slip (Customer’s copy) or the valid original One Bill Confirmation Letter/s.
12. Redemption will not be honored if the Cardholder or his/her authorized representative is unable to provide the Citi Card or if the relevant credit card details as these appear on the charge slip or the valid original One Bill Confirmation Letter/ do not match with the Citi Card.
13. Splitting of 1 transaction into several approvals will not be allowed.
14. Cardholders can redeem the Free Movie Pass until March 1, 2010. The Free Movie Pass must be used on the same day that it is claimed. All year round!
15. The Free Movie Pass is worth P130. The Free Movie Pass and/or Free Popcorn and Softdrinks are not convertible to cash or credit.
16. The cost of the difference between the Free Movie Pass and the actual screening ticket, admission tax, or any other fees charged by the cinema upon admission shall be for the account of the Cardholder. The existing terms and conditions of the participating cinemas will apply.
17. All Citi One Bill enrollments are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Citi Cards and related provisions of Citi One Bill.
